Single Cell T Cell Receptor (scTCR) Profiling
T cell surface receptors (TCRs) are molecules that selectively identify antigens and mediate immunological responses. It is one among the human genome’s most polymorphic areas and controls how the immune system responds to change and the environment. The body’s immunological response is directly reflected in the diversity of TCR libraries. TCRα/β and TCRγ/δ are the two kinds of TCR. TCRα/β T cells, which are the primary cells mediating the body-specific cellular immune response, make up the majority of peripheral blood T cells. The binding region (J), constant region (C), variable region (V), and variable region (D) make up the TCR gene. In tumor immunity, TCR sequencing (TCR-seq) and related bioinformatics analysis have been extensively utilized.
